"New HIPHOP Era" is an online mix album based on Hip Hop music which is created by Shehab Zaman popularly known by his stage name Shib-Z. Shib-Z is one of the youngest artist of Bangladesh in the genre of Hip Hop Bangla Music.

As said by Shib-Z that the motive for release the album is to promote new the hip hop/r&b artists.There are 4 mainstream artists and 9 underground artists in the album. Two mainstream artist from India has also wiorked in the album.
